We are back at school for a new term after an amazing holiday in South Africa. We started our holiday by going into Moremi Game Reserve, where we saw lots of wonderful wildlife. Sometimes it got a bit close for comfort, there was one night where I opened the tent in the middle of the night to be greeted by a spotted hyena just 3 meters away from the mouth of my tent! After our trip in to the game reserve Matt and I headed down south to Swaziland where we met up with Clare and Rachael who are volunteering there. That was all very nice and we managed to explore Swaziland for a few weeks, we went caving in Ezulwini Valley, climed Sibebe Rock and tried some of the local brew. After Swaziland we traveled down to Durban where we went down the south coast of South Africa for the next 3 weeks. Finishing up in Cape Town for New Years and my birthday.
